I was really impressed when I saw Cathiphop’s graffiti cross stitch piece on Craftster.
So much so that I dropped her a line and begged and pleaded and managed to do a swap with her. She gets some patterns from me and a mix CD, but I got her piece of embroidery!
And I’m well pleased with it. I love the way it looks a bit like comic art. I love the perspective and the fact that the graffiti is in context. It’s just one kickass piece of art.
I think I might start collecting works by other cool Craftsters, so if any of you are reading this, watch out!
