This issue goes waaaay beyond gay rights. It truly comes down to civil rights. I am Mexican and am married to a white guy...60 years ago it would have been illegal for us to be married. It's the same thing and no one seems to realize it. It's unfair and wrong! But people are not taking this lying down and there are something like a million ballots that still need to be counted...
