It’s a Mr X Stitch newsflash! A few quick snippets to keep you interested:
- The Phat Quarter just hit 400 members, which is a fantastic achievement for a group on Flickr that’s only five months old! We love the Phat Quarter, as it’s a great repository of terrific stitching from all you Needlecraft Ninjas. Keep your eyes peeled over there for the next Phat Q swap, coming soon. If you’ve not been to the group yet, well, I hope you realise what you’re missing and sign up!
- It’s our first birthday on 27th August and we’ve got some interesting new ideas lined up for you. We’re still working out the best way to celebrate the special occasion, but if you’ve got any ideas or anything you’d like to contribute to the whole shebang please email either Beefranck or I. It’s gonna be fun!
- I’m going on holiday for a week. Alissa and I are visiting the Larmer Tree Festival for five days of great music and chilling out. Beefranck will be running the show in my absence, so you know it’s still gonna be the usual high calibre Mr X Stitch quality that you’ve come to know and love. Although if there’s more cute plush toys that normal, you’ll know why.
If anyone else is visiting the Larmer Tree, come and find me, I’ll be the big bald thing doing stitchery!
