Only one day to go until the Knitting & Stitching show at the Alexandra Palace in London. It’s going to be ace.
Running from Thursday til Sunday, the show is the biggest stitching show in the UK, and features a wide range of stalls and exhibitions. I’m paying a visit on Thursday and again on Sunday - tweet me or email me if you’re going then and we can meet up!
There’s going to be loads of stitchy talent on show – exhibitors include Alice Kettle and the Royal School of Needlework. And you can also meet the stitchy goddess that is Emily Peacock (swoon!) and catch a glimpse of our own Curegreed as well!
I’m going to do my best to post pictures over at the Phat Quarter, giving you my own slant on the show. It’s going to be awesome – hope to see you there!

I’m so excited to be going to this! Travelling down from Dundee by bus (ew) tomorrow night, but it’ll be so worth it.
Oh Poo I am stuck in the middle of ohio, how I would LOVE to go see this show. Alice’s work is FANbloodyTastic.
I can’t wait to see pics of the show.
I’ve decided that on both days I’m there (Thursday and Sunday) I’m going to set myself up at a table in the main eating space between 1pm and 2pm for a bit of stitching and a relax. So if you see someone looking like me, doing a bit of stitching, come over and say hello.
Hi, great to hear you are going to the show. I’m there as well, we are having a stand (knitshop.co.uk, stand D15) I’m having workshops at 2.15pm, I might see you around the sitting area
I hope you will enjoy the show and happy stitching!

I’m going on Friday and I’m very excited!

One of my biggest disappointments over losing our orders to England is that I don’t get to visit Ally Pally. Take some pictures for an American Alexandra, will you?
