felties

Here at Mr X Stitch, we love to get our cute on. This new book from Nelly Pailloux is a great way to do just that.

I’ve always been a fan of plushies, but I’d never dreamed of trying to make one myself. Felties provides patterns and step by step instructions that make me feel as though I might actually be able to pull it off. The book has 18 adorable designs (my favorites include a pirate mouse complete with eyepatch and badolier belt, a mummy cat, and an alien) and provides illustrated instructions that walk you through the process step by step. The introduction provides information on the basic stitches you will need to know and tips to make the material easier to work with. Whether you’re an experienced stitcher or a novice, I definitely recommend this book for anybody looking for some cuteness – dare I say, SUPER cuteness. :) Want a copy? Go get yours here:
