I literally gasped when I spied this on etsy’s front page. If my aged cat weren’t deaf, he’d have been startled and I don’t even particularly care for horses.

Needleyou comes from a long line of “crafty little ladies” and she’s done them proud with her take on needlepoint.

Her themes span so many genre I had a very difficult time choosing just a few to share.

Can you just imagine what great gifts these would be for the belt wearing folk? Her buckles will easily fit any 1.5″ wide western snap style belt. And she says, “cleaning is as easy as spot tamping with a mild soap on a damp cloth and air dry.”

Hoowee! Y’all better get on over to her etsy shop before they’re all gone!

I just love seeing needlework used in ways that are unusual!
I have one of Leslie Dryg’s belt buckles — it is WONDERFUL — Every time I wear it people ask where I got it. It is so unusual — I’m near Naples, FL — we don’t do a lot of western here — but those buckles go really great with silver and gold — we love a little glitz. Everyone needs a needlepoing belt buckle — such a conversation piece!!!
One with the 2012 Olympic’s logo on would be particularly fine
