Each year in Boise, Idaho there’s an event called “Valentine for AIDS” which exhibits artworks from a range of media and raises funds for the local Safety Net for AIDS Program. It’s a terrific idea and a great opportunity to see works from many local artists, one of whom is wholelottalisa. This work was her submission for the show last year, and is amazing.
This year’s show (the 17th one!) runs from 4th to 14th February, at the Flying M Coffeehouse and culminates in an auction for the works on show. So why not check it out and bid on some of the items – it’s for a great cause.
