Many moons ago I visited my local tattoo parlour to get another tattoo done and I noticed they had a poster with a nice piece of tattoo wisdom on it…
Wise words, indeed. This saying stuck in my mind for a while. It got me thinking about a groovy new tattoo place that had opened up nearby, and I realised something. That new place deserved to have some cross stitch in it, and I was the man for the job. I decided to stitch that phrase for them.
I passed the picture above to the legend that is Beefranck and she came back with a solid gold pattern that was perfect.
It took a while and I had some help along the way, but eventually I finished it.
And took it along to the shop, where it now resides above the counter. 
The guys at the store really liked it and it’s a perfect piece of classic cross stitch wisdom that will remain there for a long time.
Because we know a lot of you guys have tattoos and favourite tattoo parlours, we wanted to give you the opportunity to stitch it for your favourite shop as well. All we ask is that you email us with the picture of the stitchery wherever it ends up.
