Craftster Pick of the Week – CigarettesandValentines’ Sherlock Stitch!

It's the Craftster Pick of the Week - brought to you by Mr X Stitch!

Time for another look at some of the great work featured in the forums at Craftster. Note: Although they’re the pick of this week, they may have appeared before this week.

I thought the Sherlock reboot was terrific, and CigarettesandValentines‘ hand embroidered hoop reminds me why. As an aside, I’m thinking about getting into Elementary – is it any good?

See the original Craftster post here, and be sure to come back next week for another great pick from the forums!

  • Love this! Thanks for sharing it.

As an aside, Sherlock (the show) was amazing- I’m waiting eagerly for another season to come out. Elementary is not bad (I still watch it), and I think Jonny Lee Miller does a nice job of playing Sherlock.

  • Love, love the embroidery! The hubby and I are huge Sherlock Holmes fans! You must watch “Elementary”. It is cerebral and intense and well written and acted. If you love period pieces, it is not at all like that, but well-worth getting into. Keep in mind Sherlock is a bit hard in the first season, for obvious reasons, but he softens… I hope you watch it and enjoy!
