Too Cute Tuesday – Jude & Eloise by Ric Rac

One of my favorite designers of wonderful, playful plush toys is Jodie of Ric Rac. Jude & Eloise, the cats featured here, just make me happy.

New cat sewing pattern

Jodie brings so much humor, energy and collegiality to the online arts and crafts communities. I’ve long been a fan of her blog, Vintage Ric Rac, even those I don’t really sew. She is funny, self-deprecating and encouraging, all at the same time. She writes patterns. She teaches. She is a dynamo! And her plush designs are full of irreverent whimsy, while still being charming enough for any child.

Spend some time on her blog and pattern stores. (Her Big Blog Roll is a treasure trove of quilt/sewing/stitching creativity from around the world.) Share the Jodie love!

Too Cute Tuesdays are brought to you in association with our friends over at Feeling Stitchy!
