She creates delicious little nuggets of hand stitched artwork that you can wear around your neck. This isn’t simple back stitch. Kristen features so many different stitches in her pieces – from French knots to woven picots and beyond.
I follow Kristen on Instagram and I’m in awe of how prolific an artist she is. Every day she seems to post images of new work. If you’re on Instagram, I encourage you to follow her, too. I promise that you’ll be inspired by both her skills and her production. I’m not sure how she balances it all. (In addition to her embroidered art and her business, she is a full time social worker.)
Be sure the check out her etsy shop (which features many creative anatomy designs) and her website. She also teaches embroidery and holds a Hey Paul Stitching Hour, so if you’re in the Kansas City area, consider joining her. Let some of her energy and cool rub off on you!
Too Cute Tuesdays are brought to you in association with our friends over at Feeling Stitchy!
