Once again Christmas is nearly upon us and I’m not sure how but it seems to manage to sneak up on me every year. Here I am again in that pre-holiday panic, it’s always the same…I seem to have to be totally unprpared and work like a mad woman until shipping deadlines are done. Then I move on to working like crazy on orders for more local people and gifts for my family. Normally this goes right up until Christmas Eve…maybe by next year I will learn!
I decided to find some Christmas themed plush on Etsy to share with you I have included plush from Europe and the US and one pattern. Depending on your location it may be too late to order and receive for this year…my advice? Start now for next year!!!
Seriously though, I hope you enjoy these.
I love, love, love these reindeer by Skripskrap from Latvia. they have mittens and socks! All the other plush dolls in this shop are equally adorable…I may have to treat myself to a bunny at some point.

Next up is a plush Christmas tree by yours truly, in Canada, she has pompom ornaments and was inspired in part by vintage plush toys from Japan and the little cake toppers my Grandmother use to put on top of her Christmas cake.

On the subject of gingerbread I wonder who else has bought those gingerbread house kits thinking, “Oh, I’m crafty and good at this kind of thing, this will be a fun project”…yeah, right! Been there, tried that, epic fail! The answer is this plush gingerbread house by Plusheez from the UK. this house could come out year after year without breaking apart and without going stale…plus it looks good!
