Meet Mr X Stitch!

Fancy meeting the legend that is Mr X Stitch? Live in Essex or London? You’re in luck!

This weekend, the Kingpin of Contemporary Embroidery (who is writing about himself in the third person right now) will be in not one, but two groovy craft experiences, and there’s still time for you to take part!

Craft Arena in Billericay

On Saturday 15th July he will be at Craft Arena in Billericay, to help them celebrate the opening of their newly expanded store. ┬áTake part in a two-hour cross stitch workshop where you can stitch whatever you like, and you’re guaranteed to have a good time. Included in the ticket price is a signed – yes, that’s right, signed – copy of the forthcoming Mr X Stitch Guide to Cross Stitch, which comes out in August*. There are still a few spaces available. so why not come down, get a sneak peek at the book and have a good time!

The Art Studio at Citadeal Festival

Then on Sunday 16th he’ll be hosting a two hour workshop at Citadel Festival, as part of The Indytute‘s Art Studio – with the support of the cross stitch legend that is Keith Clark! There’s so much cool stuff happening at Citadel, that his workshop, from 5 to 7pm will be an ideal way to recharge your batteries, before heading back into the action! Find out all about the Festival here!

Do you want a piece of Mr X Stitch action? If you’ve got a craft shop or an event, and you want some cool cross stitch as part of the mix, get in touch!

*You’ll get your copy of the book when it is published, rather than on the day. However Mr X will bring his personal copy for you to drool over.
