NSFW Saturday – Temmerling’s Girl in Chains

I’m always on the look-out for candidates for our NSFW Saturday posts, so I was excited to see this stitch from Temmerling. I was even more excited to find out that this was actually inspired by our NSFW posts! Awesome!

In her own words, Temmerling took an ink drawing done by an acquaintance and rendered it in thread on a tea towel for auction at a BDSM event on behalf of a mutual friend of the two of us.

Here’s a closer look at the stitching, some of it so delicate it looks like it’s been drawn instead.

Nice use of the chain stitch here. 🙂

See more from Temmerling at her flickr photostream or her awesome blog.

NSFW Saturdays are brought to you in association with
Subversive Cross Stitch, the original snarky stitching site!
