I love doing this show, as it’s a great way to bring together some interesting elements to inspire people to try stitching, so let’s see what you can experience this time!
A selection of Retex sculptures and embroideries from Jess de Wahls!
The winners of the De Denne Young Embroiderers‘ competition!
A selection of designs from the forthcoming Mr X Stitch Guide to Cross Stitch!
Examples of work from the Royal School of Needlework degree course!
And as if that wasn’t enough, we’ve got Betsy Greer and Olisa Corcoran in the house with the #YASVB craftivism project, encouraging people to embroider loving messages that will be stuck in places around London once the show is over!
And as if that easn’t enough, I’ve arranged for the epic Game of Thrones embroidery to be displayed near the stand as well!
If you fancy it, I’m running a cross stitch workshop in the Learning Curve on Friday at 1pm. It’s a great opportunity to recharge your batteries and get your stitch on before heading back into the show to blow your credit cards to pieces!
The Inspiration Station is Stand F50 in the Spring Knitting & Stitching Show and we’ll be at the show for the duration! Come along and say hi!
