Stitchgasm! – Lambeau d’enfance by Catherine Rosselle

French artist Catherine Rosselle began this luminous strip of childhood memories in December 2009 and finished it in August 2013.

" Lambeau d'enfance "

Fifteen meters of family history. This piece moves me a great deal.

I love it piled and looped like this. Imagine the strand stretched out its full length, dangling from a branch on a leafless tree.
