Parisian artist Broderies de Cecile has stitched up the loveliest set of hand veins in this elegant portrait of the mysterious world beneath our skin.
The details she captures in the back and stem stitch, in crisp, blood red, are stunning. They remind me of streams and rivers on a particularly well-rendered map.
See more of her work, including several wearables, in her flickr stream.
