Content The book is divided into two halves really. the first gives us all we need to be inspired and led along to gather confidence to begin a literal piece of art. the second half deals us projects to try with the inspiration we have taken on baord... For being quite a thin publication, there is plenty of quality inside. There's a really good section which goes through the materials needed to carry out the techniques and projects. It details the fabrics needed for artful embroidery and also the mediums we might have less experience of, for example gel mediums and acrylic mediums...we will leave the book to explain it to you.... Materials required and how to use them. Photography Great shots throughout, including the artists work and her students' work too... Skulls anyone? Some pages are just illustrations, so we see the stitches really well. What makes this book special?
