This week’s discovery is a homage to Wes Anderson’s Steve Zissou from The Life Aquatic by the talented Kristen aka Thelastromantic. We love a good Zissou at Mr X Stitch (our fabulous Leigh made this awesome patch) and this hand embroidery doesn’t disappoint! I really love all the different size stitches in this piece, from afar it makes it look quite painterly. Lovely stuff. You can check out her Etsy store here.
