Hi everybody! It’s another Not Safe For Work Saturday where we bring you the sassier side of stitching! These are not for the faint of heart, so if you are easily offended why not enjoy something a bit cuter?
For the first time in our history, we’ve used a piece from the same artist as our safety picture and our not-so-safety picture!
Welcome to the hand embroidery of Ashleigh “Curious” Smark!

WARNING! NSFW SATURDAYS WILL CONTAIN CONTENT THAT IS NOT SAFE FOR WORK! IF YOU READ THESE POSTS, AND ARE OFFENDED, WE’RE SORRY BUT WE DID WARN YOU!
Ashleigh has a real talent for typographic hand embroidery and she’s got that carnival attitude that is makes you nervous for all the right reasons. Although she’s relatively new to the embroidery scene it looks like she’s heading in the right direction!
Is she bothered what you think of her? I doubt it…

But be sure to visit the Curious Smark Etsy store or follow her on Instagram to keep up with her creativity!
If you are a fan of the F-Bomb, you might enjoy these sassy stitcheries!

NSFW Saturdays are brought to you in association with Subversive Cross Stitch, the book that launched a thousand catty cross stitches! Get your copy here!
