Deviant Discoveries – Mikad-O

Kate Blandford's Deviant Discoveries

This week I found an awesome action shot by Mikad-O, depicting the making of her hand embroidered homage to Lichtenstein. I find these work in progress shots really interesting, like a little portal to how other creatives tackle a piece. You can see the finished article here. What a delight! I’m loving how the block colour is broken up by the stitches. Makes quite the impact don’t you think?
