I recently found the works of Ian Hundley, but he has done his best to hide from me. I want to splash him all over the interwebs but we will just have to talk about him behind his back. He doesn’t have a website.
BUT he does have some really remarkable quilts.
His quilts are pieced representations of landscapes. Bringing to mind farm land as seen from planes as well as urban zoning.
I think they are just lovely.
Does anyone know where to find this guy? I’d love to meet him or see some of his work in person.
Here he is:
Man hunt for this Quilter!!
[so I can tell him he is awesome]
LUKE Haynes is a trained Architect using his skills mostly for good. His work can be seen at his site and the associated blog. He is a full time Quilter and sometimes blogger, whose work is showing across the country and soon the world. You can find him here at Quilty Pleasures on the first Sunday of each month.
